Lowcate currently covers selected places in Beirut, Batroun and Metn. Outside that area, you may have no results. Select a city to browse from anywhere. To use Around me in Lebanon, enable location services, allow Lowcate location access and try a larger radius.

Check your email address and spam folder. Use the latest verification code. Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to reset your password.

For your profile, open Profile → Add a photo or Change photo → Save changes. For an event, use Submit an event → Event photo → Choose photo from phone.

In the updated app, open Profile → Delete account, read the explanation and type DELETE. This is permanent. If you cannot access your account, email support from your registered email address; we may verify ownership. See the privacy policy for what is removed and retained.

Open the business details and choose Suggest a correction. Owners can choose Own this business? Claim it free. Claims and requested changes are reviewed before access or publication.

Email the event title and source link to support. For urgent ticket, venue or schedule questions, contact the official organizer. Lowcate lists events; the external ticket provider handles ticket purchases and refunds.

Submissions need review before appearing publicly. Check My submitted events for its status. Published events can stop appearing when expired, cancelled or awaiting fresh source verification.

Choose Add to calendar, review the details and save in your phone's calendar. Check the calendar app's notification settings. Later schedule changes are not automatically applied to entries already saved.
